SIZING YOUR POSTER

GraphicIs your poster the right size?

Poster files cannot be stretched in only one direction – they have to grow in size, or reduce in size proportionally; so the final poster size must be proportional to the size of your file.

A note about Powerpoint: Due to Powerpoint's page set up restriction of 56 inches, if you wish for your poster to be larger than 56 inches the Powerpoint file should be made one-half the size of the final poster. For example, if your poster is to be 36 inches high and 72 inches wide, establish a paper size under File-Page Setup of 18 inches high and 36 inches wide.
